Which payment methods do we accept?

Currently, for safety and convenience, we prefer to accept credit card & Paypal as our main payment method.

When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

PayPal in full compliance with the PCI standards and certification can deal with payment. All your data on our website is encrypted through SSL.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Pay with Credit Card” and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Please note that all of our prices are listed in USD and your card will be charged in your respective currency.

Questions about the order

Once an order is submitted, it begins designing and processing as quickly as possible.If you want to return and exchange the item, please contact us, we need to verify it is in production or not. That means that even if you contact our customer service department 24 hours later after you change your mind about your order, it might already be put into production or in the shipping process. In that case, we can’t change or cancel an order once it has been put into one-of-a-kind production or sent out. Please note: For orders have been put into production or dispatched, please refer to Return and Exchange Policy.

Along the way, you will receive your tracking No. through email to track the order online.
